THE B2 SERVICE WILL NOT SERVE THE KNARES (SPECIFIC JOURNEYS ONLY) - EFFECTIVE MONDAY 3RD NOVEMBER 2025 - UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

We regret to inform our customers that the B2 service will no longer serve The Knares, at school opening and closure times. This is due to cars still being parked illegally, along The Knares, causing unsafe conditions for both pedestrians and road users.

The following journeys will be placed on diversion in both directions via the B1007*: 

AM

  • 08:00 Basildon to Laindon
  • 08:30 Basildon to Laindon
  • 08:00 Laindon to Basildon
  • 08:30 Laindon to Basildon

PM

  • 14:00 Basildon to Laindon
  • 14:30 Basildon to Laindon
  • 15:00 Basildon to Laindon
  • 14:00 Laindon to Basildon
  • 14:30 Laindon to Basildon
  • 15:00 Laindon to Basildon

*During the school holidays the B2 service will resume normal line of route.

We are continuing to work with various stakeholders to resolve this issue. We apologise for the disruption to your bus journey.
