Due to a traffic incident, services are diverting as below:

Continuing on Main Street to Newhouse Circle roundabout, returning to Main Street to normal route.

Due to a broken down vehicle on North Hanover Street, services 500, X3, X11, X85, X87 are diverting as follows:

Service X3, X85 & X87 towards Buchanan Bus Station diverting via Junction 15 marked A803 Springburn, Castle Street, Baird Street, Kyle Street, North Hanover Street, Killermont Street, right into Buchanan Bus Station.

Service X11 diverting via Junction 15 marked A803 Springburn, Castle Street, Baird Street, Kyle Street, North Hanover Street, Killermont Street, into Buchanan Bus Station.

Service 500 diverting via Bath Street, West Nile Street, Killermont Street, left into Buchanan Bus Station.

UPDATED: Road now open as of 13:50 and services have returned to their normal route. 

Service 65

Due to badly parked cars, services are diverting as follows:

Towards City diverting via Cathkin By Pass, Burnside Road and Fernhill Road.

Towards Halfway diverting via Burnside Road, Cathkin By Pass and Cruachan Road.

Service 201

Due to 3 Way traffic lights and a tight turn for buses, services are diverting as follows.

Service 201 towards Petersburn diverting via Liberty Road, Liberty Road and Orbiston Road.

Service 201 towards Hairmyres diverting via Orbiston Road at Crofthead Crescent and Liberty Road.

Services 3, 77

Berkeley Street has been closed since 06:25 due to a road traffic collison.

Services diverting via Bath Street, Newton Street, St Vincent Street and Argyle Street.

UPDATED: Berkeley Street reopened as of 11:35. Services have now returned to their normal route. 

Service 77, 500

As of 06:05, the M8 has been closed at J27 due to a police incident. J26 was closed at 08:51.

500 service diverting via Hillington Road, Glasgow Road, Glebe Street, Inchinnan Road, Abbotsinch Road, Netherton Avenue, Abbotsinch Road and Sanderling Road.

Towards Buchanan Bus Station is the same in reverse.

77 service diverting via Inchinnan Road, left after the White Cart bridge, ahead towards the airport, Abbotinch Road and Sanderling Road.

Towards City is the same in reverse.

UPDATE: The road reopened at 09:35. Services will return to their normal route.

From Sunday 15th June, we are making minor service updates to the below services across Glasgow and Lanarkshire, operating revised timetables and routes to improve reliability for our customers.

The following services will see minor adjustments to timings:

2, 3, 6, 6A, 8, 11, 16, 18, 18A, 21, 77, 81, 90, 201, 226, 240, 241, 242, 255, 263, 266, 267, X4, X11, U1

Service 21 will now terminate at East Kilbride Bus Station. We're introducing a new service, 18A, to/from Glasgow city centre, which will serve stops between Gardenhall and East Kilbride Bus Station. Service 18 to Greenhills will remain unchanged.

We're also extending Service 201, to now serve the new Hairmyres Railway Station, allowing for greater connecting journeys.

Services 226, 263, 266, X4 and X11 will see additional journeys.

Later evening journeys will be added to Service X11 from Buchanan Bus Station Monday-Saturday.

Due to building works, bus stop 6090297 at Highburgh Road before Byres Road will be closed from Friday 2nd May until works are completed (approximately 24 weeks).

A temporary stop will be in place. 
 

To allow for works on Monday 21st April until Sunday 29th June the M8 Junction 27-28 westbound will be closed towards Glasgow Airport (only) between 20:00 and 06:00 each night.

During the closure services will divert via Renfrew Road, Weir Street, Old Sneddon Street, Love Street, Inchinnan Road, Sanderling Road,Glasgow Airport access road normal route.

Service 226 diversion

Brankholm Brae Hillhouse is inaccessible for Service 226 and this service will operate a diversion until further notice. Passengers who usually board on Brankholm Brae should use an alternative stop on Townhill Road.

Normal route, Thornhill Road at Fleming Way, Fleming Way, Townhill Road.
