Due to a road closure on Carntyne Road, services will divert as below:

Service 41 - via Todd Street and Edinburgh Road.

Service 43 via Todd St, Edinburgh Road, Carntynehall Road and Carntyne Road.

Queen Street Station - Bus Stop Closure

Due to works associated with the Glasgow Avenues Project:

Bus stop 609088 at Queen Street Station will close

from Monday 25th August until works are complete.

During this time, the nearest alternative stop will be:

Services 19, 38/A/B/C/E, 57/57A - North Fredrick Street.

Service 41 - George Street.

Services 398 will use the stop before Queen Street Station at Caffe Nerro.

Services 7, 7A, 8

To allow for emergency carriageway repairs, on Thursday 4th September 19:00 until Friday 5th September 06:00, Balmore Road between Skirsa Street and Strachur Crescent will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 7, 7A towards Summerston:

Diverting via Bilsland Drive, Maryhill Road, Sandbank Street, Thornton Street, Cottar Street, Glenburn Street, Cadder Road, Thornton Street and Sandbank Street.

Service 7, 7A towards Rutherglen:

Diverting via Cadder Road, Thornton Street, Sandbank Street, Maryhill Road, Bilsland Drive and Balmore Road.

Service 8 towards QEUH:

Diverting via Balmore Road, Bilsland Drive and follow 7 diversion to Summerston.

Service 8 towards Parkhead:

Follow 7 diversion to Balmore Road, Balmore Road and Ashgill Road.

Balmore Road at Lidl to Summerston

Service 8

Glenburn Street

Ashgill Road

Service 9

New Street, Paisley will be closed.

To allow for filming, on Thursday 4th September until Friday 5th September, New Street Paisley will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 9 towards Paisley:

Diverting via Causeyside Street , St George’s Church into Stow Brae and terminate at the bus stand.

Service 9 towards Buchanan Bus Station:

Diverting the reverse of the above.

Service 500

To allow for structural repairs, on Saturday 6th September 20:00 until Sunday 7th September 06:00, M8 Westbound will be closed between J24 Helen Street to J27 Arkleston.

During the closure the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 500 towards Glasgow Airport:

To exit M8 J24 (Govan), and divert via Helen Street, Paisley Road West, Glasgow Road, Incle Street, Weir Street, Old Sneddon Street, Carlisle Street, Niddry Street, Renfrew Road, 1st exit at roundabout continuing Renfrew Road, and J27 on slip M8 West.

Due to building works, bus stop 6090297 at Highburgh Road before Byres Road will be closed from Friday 2nd May until works are completed (approximately 24 weeks).

A temporary stop will be in place.
