To allow for verge maintenance works on Monday 18th May 12:00 until 15:30 Wallacewell Road will be closed between Lamont Road and Northgate Road,

Normal route Ryehill Road at roundabout and take 2nd exit onto Broomfield Road, left Broomknowes Road normal route.

Service 57 towards Westerhill
Normal route Broomfield Road at Broomknowes Road left Broomknowes Road, left Edgefauld Road, right Wellfield Street, right Atlas Road continue Balgrayhill Road, 3rd exit at roundabout onto Auchinairn Road continue Auchinairn Road normal route.

Service 57 towards City
Normal route Auchinairn Road at Northgate Road continue Auchinairn Road, 1st exit at roundabout Balgrayhill Road Atlas Road, left Wellfield Street, left Edgefauld Road, right Broomknowes Road, right Broomfield Road normal route.

Service 57A towards Wallacewell Road
Normal route Ryehill Road at Scotsburn Road, continue Ryehill Road Rye Road and terminate at 1st bus stop after Croy Road.

To allow for grass cutting, from Monday 18th May 20:00 until Tuesday morning 19th May 06:00, M80 Southbound for M8 West and M8 Westbound J15 off slip for Stirling Road will be closed.

Service X3, X25, X25A, X85 & X87 towards Buchanan Bus Station:

The services are diverting via M80 South, exit J1, (Blochairn), M8 Eastbound, Cumbernauld Road, Castle Street, Baird Street, Kyle Street, North Hanover Street, Killermont Street into BBS.

To allow for resurfacing works, from Tuesday 19th May until Sunday morning 24th May, between 20:00 and 06:00 each night, M8 Eastbound between J26 & J24 will be closed.

During the closure following diversion will be in operation.

Service 500 towards Buchanan Bus Station:

Normal route to M8 Eastbound and diverting via J26 Hillington, Hillington Road, Renfrew Road, Shieldhall Road, Shieldhall roundabout, Shieldhall Road, Helen Street, J24 M8 Eastbound, normal route.

To allow for emergency Scottish Power works  Bothwell Street will be closed until Friday 22nd May.

During the closure, all stops will be observed, and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service X8 & 500 towards Buchanan Bus Station:                                      

The service is diverting via Bothwell Street, Pitt Street, and West George Street, the normal route. X8 will continue via Hope Street to the normal route.

To allow for grass cutting, Wallacewell Road will be closed on Monday, 18th May, between 09:30 and 12:30

Service 57A towards Wallacewell Road.

The service is diverting via Wallacewell Road at Northgate Road, Northgate Road, Auchinairn Road, Wallacewell Road, Wallacewell Quadrant, Croy Road, Rye Road. 

To allow for Avenues' works from Monday, 11th May until August, George Square South/Cochrane Street will be closed.

During the closure, all stops will be observed, and the following diversion will be in operation.

Kirkintilloch Road, Bishopbriggs will be closed from Sunday 10th May to Sunday 17th May 2026 due to essential roadworks by East Dunbartonshire Council.
