Due to a burst water main on Stevenson Street, at Holytown Main Street, services are diverted. 

Services affected: 242

Diversions as follows, until further notice: 

Towards Maxim Park:
From Shirrel Road, Stevenson Street, Clydesdale Street, Carfin Street, A723,  2nd exit to Bo'ness Road to resume the normal route.

Towards Pather:
Service unaffected. 

Updated [10:10]: There is a 4-way temp lights set up at Holytown Town Cross due to the burst water main. No delays at this time.
Works are predicted to be completed 24/09/25. 

Updated [12:39]: Diversion has been updated as follows: 

Towards Maxim Park:
From Shirrel Road, Quarry Street, Loanhead Road and Bo'ness Road to resume the normal route.

Towards Pather:
Service unaffected.
