Gas network upgrade works are taking place around Newmains Cross and Bonkle. This £1.7m infrastructure project by SGN involves essential gas main replacements.
As a result, First Bus services 266 and X11 will be operating a bit differently. Please plan your journey ahead using the information below.

To/From West Crindledyke: Buses will operate the normal route.

To/From Shotts: Will operate a diversion as shown on our diversion map.
Service X11

Route shortened: The X11 will terminate at Newmains Cross and will not serve West Crindledyke.

Alternative travel: Customers wishing to travel between Newmains Cross and West Crindledyke should transfer to/from Service 266.
