To allow for Landemer Day, on Saturday 14th June from 06:00 until 22:00, Rutherglen Main Street will be closed.

During the closure, all stops will be observed, and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 7 towards Rutherglen:

Diverting via Burnhill Street at Mill Street, Mill Street, Bankhead Road, Kings Park Avenue, Mill Street, and Main Street.

Service 7 towards Summerston:

Depart stop on Mill Street, Mitchell Arcade, Burnhill Street.

Service 7A journeys terminating at Rutherglen:

Diverting via Kings Park Avenue at Bankhead Road, Kings Park Avenue, Mill Street, Bankhead Road.

Service 7A journeys from Rutherglen:

Diverting via Mill Street, Bankhead Road, Bankhead time, Bankhead Road.

Service 7A towards Westburn:

Diverting via Bankhead Road at Mill Street, Mill Street, Rodger Drive, and Stonelaw Road.

Service 7A towards Summerston:

Diverting via Stonelaw Road, Rodger Drive, Mill Street, Bankhead route.

57 | Northgate Road

Due to tree cutting on Northgate Road, Southbound will be closed today, 16/6/25, between 12:00 and 17:00.

During the closure, the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 57 towards City: Woodhill Road, Auchinairn Road, Standburn Road, Wallacewell Road and normal route.

Services 1, 1A, 1E, 2, X4, 60, 60A, 7, 7A, 75 | Howard Street Updated

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

1/A//C//E and X4 towards Scotstoun: Stockwell Place, Stockwell Street, Howard Street, Dunlop Street, Clyde Street, Glasgow Bridge, Bridge Street, Nelson Street, Commerce Street, King George 5th bridge, Oswald Street, normal route.

Service X4 towards Stockwell Place: Stockwell Street, Howard Street, Bridgegate, King Street, Osborne Street.

Services 7, 7A, 75 towards Saracen Street: Gorbals Street, Clyde Street, York Street, Argyle Street, Hope Street, normal route.

Services 60, 60A, 61 towards Maryhill: Stockwell Place, Stockwell Street, Howard Street, Dunlop Street, Clyde Street, York Street, Argyle Street, Hope Street, normal route.

Services 2 towards Hope Street: Stockwell Place, Stockwell Street, Howard Street, Dunlop Street, Clyde Street, Glasgow Bridge, Bridge Street, Nelson Street, Commerce Street, King George V Bridge, Oswald Street, normal route.

Glasgow and Lanarkshire Service Changes 15th June

From Sunday 15th June, we are making minor service updates to the below services across Glasgow and Lanarkshire, operating revised timetables and routes to improve reliability for our customers.

The following services will see minor adjustments to timings:

2, 3, 6, 6A, 8, 11, 16, 18, 18A, 21, 77, 81, 90, 201, 226, 240, 241, 242, 255, 263, 266, 267, X4, X11, U1

Service 21 will now terminate at East Kilbride Bus Station. We're introducing a new service, 18A, to/from Glasgow city centre, which will serve stops between Gardenhall and East Kilbride Bus Station. Service 18 to Greenhills will remain unchanged.

We're also extending Service 201, to now serve the new Hairmyres Railway Station, allowing for greater connecting journeys.

Services 226, 263, 266, X4 and X11 will see additional journeys.

Later evening journeys will be added to Service X11 from Buchanan Bus Station Monday-Saturday.

Bus stop closure Highburgh Road - 4 & 4A

Due to building works, bus stop 6090297 at Highburgh Road before Byres Road will be closed from Friday 2nd May until works are completed (approximately 24 weeks).

A temporary stop will be in place.

77, 500 - M8 J27-28 West Bound

To allow for works on Monday 21st April until Sunday 29th June the M8 Junction 27-28 westbound will be closed towards Glasgow Airport (only) between 20:00 and 06:00 each night.

During the closure services will divert via Renfrew Road, Weir Street, Old Sneddon Street, Love Street, Inchinnan Road, Sanderling Road,Glasgow Airport access road normal route.

Service 226 - Brankholm Brae Hillhouse

Service 226 diversion

Brankholm Brae Hillhouse is inaccessible for Service 226 and this service will operate a diversion until further notice. Passengers who usually board on Brankholm Brae should use an alternative stop on Townhill Road.

Normal route, Thornhill Road at Fleming Way, Fleming Way, Townhill Road.

Services 60/A 61 & M3 Phoenix Road. UPDATED

Services 60 60A 61 & M3 Phoenix Road To allow for works, on Saturday 22nd July until August 2025

Phoenix Road will fully close.

Services 60,60A & 61 towards Parkhead Will divert St Georges Place, left St Georges Road right Garscube Road normal route.

Services 60,60A & 61 towards Maryhill Will divert Garscube Road, left St Georges Road, right St Georges Place, right Maryhill Road normal route.

Service M3 towards City Centre Will divert Garscube Road.

Service M3 towards Milton Will divert Garscube Road.
