Great Scottish Run 4th October 2026 

To allow for the Great Scottish Run Event, on Sunday 4th October from 04:00 until 17:30 (or earlier), there will be various road closures in the city centre.

Multiple services will be on diversion; please see below:

Services 1, 1A, 1C & X4

Towards the City via Argyle Street at Jamaica Street, the next trip will depart via Midland Street, then Oswald Street.

Service 2

Towards Baillieston via Sauchiehall Street, Rose Street, Renfrew Street, Killermont Street, North Hanover Street, Cathedral Street, Castle Street, High Street, Ingram Street, Glassford Street, normal route.
