Clydeside Expressway / 60 & 60A / SERVICE DISRUPTION / 25th - 30th of November 2025

Service 206

To allow for emergency gas repairs, from Monday 8th December until the works are complete, East Princes Street between Adelaide Street and Glenfinlas Street will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 206 towards Helensburgh:

Diverting via Adelaide Street, East Clyde Street, Glenfinlas Street and  East Princes Street.

Service 206 towards Dumbarton:

Reverse of the above.

To allow for road works on Wednesday the 10th of December 20:00 until Thursday the 11th of December 06:00 M8 J15 off slips West Bound for Stirling Road and Castle Street will be closed.​

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:​

Services X3, X85, X87.towards Buchanan Bus Station:

Normal route M8 J15, George Square, Canal Street, Dobbies Loan, North Hanover Street & Killermont Street to Buchanan Bus Station.

Due to works on Wednesday the 10th of December 20:00until Thursday the 11th of December 06:00 the M80 J1 towards M8 West Bound will be closed.​

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:​

Express Services X3 X85 X87 -

Normal route to M80 J1, Provan Road, Cumbernauld Road, Alexandra Parade, Castle Street, Cathedral Street & the normal route.​

To allow for filming on Friday the 12th  of December 18:00 until 22:00 High Street/New Street will be closed.​

 ​During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:​

Service 9 towards Paisley:

Normal route to Causeyside Street, New Street, Church onto Stow Brae and terminate at the bus stand.​

Service 9 towards City:

Depart bus Stand to end of Stow Brae, Canal Street, Causeyside Street & the normal route.​

To allow for road works on Friday the 5th of December until Friday the 12th of December, the  A725 towards the Whirlies Roundabout will be closed heading towards East Kilbride between 20:00 and 06:00 each night.​

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:​

Service 201 towards East Kilbride:

Normal route A725, Mavor Roundabout, Kingsway A749, Whirlies Roundabout, Calderwood Road & the normal route.​

Napierston Road, Alexandria 

To allow for Scottish Power works on Monday 8th December until Friday 12th December Napierston Road will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 1E towards Balloch
normal route Stirling Road A813 at Burns Street and continue A813 Main Street missing out loop  normal route.

Service 1E towards Glasgow
normal route Main Street A813 at Auchincarroch Road and continue A813 Main Street missing out loop continue A813 Stirling Road normal route.

Service 204 towards Balloch

Service 204 towards Dumbarton

Mill Road 

To allow for bridge repair works, commencing Saturday night 18th October from 20:00 until 06:00, then every consecutive Saturday night until Sunday morning 21st December, this stop will be out of use. 

The nearest alternative stops are located: 

Service 1, 1A, 2, 6 

Barns Street/Dumbarton Road 

Mill Road Clydebank Service 1, 1A, 2 & 6​

Starting from Saturday 18th October 20:00 until 06:00, then every consecutive Saturday night until Sunday morning 21st December, Mill Road Clydebank will be closed for bridge repair works.​

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.​

Service 1, 1A, 2 & 6 towards Clydebank:​

Glasgow Road at Mill Road, North Elgin Street & Barns Street.​

Service 1, 1A, 2 & 6 towards Scotstoun:​

Barns Street, North Elgin Street, Glasgow Road & Dumbarton Road.​
