To allow for resurfacing works on Monday 4th August until Friday 15th August A727 East Kilbride Road will be closed.

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 6 towards Calderwood

Normal route to Busby Road at Sheddens roundabout take 2nd exit onto Eaglesham Road, 2nd exit at next roundabout Eaglesham Road, continue Glasgow Road, next Roundabout take 1st exit onto Glasgow Southern Orbital, continue Redwood Drive, 3rd exit at roundabout Queensway normal route.

Service 6 towards from Calderwood

Normal route Queensway, 1st exit at Philipshill Flyover take slip road onto Redwood Drive, continue Glasgow Southern Orbital, 3rd exit at roundabout Glasgow Road, 1st exit at roundabout Eaglesham Road, 1st exit at roundabout onto Busby Road normal route.

Multiple Services | City centre

Due to a demonstration in the city centre, the following services will divert:

Service 6 towards Anniesland via Stockwell Street, Stockwell Place, Howard Street, Jamaica Street, Midland Street, Oswald Street, Hope Street, normal route.

Service 6A towards George Square via Renfield Street, St Vincent Street, and Wellington Street.

Service 6A towards Drumchapel from Wellington Street, Argyle Street, Hope Street, normal route.

Service 21 towards City Centre via Stockwell Street, Stockwell Place, Howard Street, Jamaica Street, Midland Street, Oswald Street, Hope Street, West George Street.

Service 21 towards Cathkin from West George Street, Renfield Street, normal route.

Service 41 towards West Regent Street via Duke Street, John Knox Street, Cathedral Square, Castle Street, Cathedral Street, Bath Street, Renfield Street, West Regent Street.

Service 500 towards Glasgow Airport from Buchanan Bus Station, Killermont Street, Renfrew Street, Renfield Street, St Vincent Street, normal route.

Services 202, 242 | Townhead Avenue/McNeill Drive

To allow for resurfacing works on Monday 18th August until Friday 22nd August Townhead Avenue/McNeill Drive will be closed

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation:

Service 202 towards Maxim Park diverting via McNeil Drive, B799, Glasgow Edinburgh Road, Parklands Avenue towards Maxim. The bus stop on McNeil Drive will be served as the both ways stop.

Service 202 towards Airdrie diverting via Link Road, Glasgow Edinburgh Road East Bound, McNeil Drive and Boness Road normal route. The bus stop on McNeil Drive will be served as a both ways stop.

Service 242 towards Maxim Park diverting via McNeil Drive, B799, Glasgow Edinburgh Road, Parklands Avenue towards Maxim. The bus stop on McNeil Drive will be served as a both ways stop.

Service 242 towards Pather diverting via Link Road to Glasgow Edinburgh Road East Bound, McNeil Drive and Boness Road.

Bus stop closure Highburgh Road - 4 & 4A

Due to building works, bus stop 6090297 at Highburgh Road before Byres Road will be closed from Friday 2nd May until works are completed (approximately 24 weeks).

A temporary stop will be in place.

Services 60/A 61 & M3 Phoenix Road. UPDATED

Services 60 60A 61 & M3 Phoenix Road To allow for works, on Saturday 22nd July until August 2025

Phoenix Road will fully close.

Services 60,60A & 61 towards Parkhead Will divert St Georges Place, left St Georges Road right Garscube Road normal route.

Services 60,60A & 61 towards Maryhill Will divert Garscube Road, left St Georges Road, right St Georges Place, right Maryhill Road normal route.

Service M3 towards City Centre Will divert Garscube Road.

Service M3 towards Milton Will divert Garscube Road.
