A814 Clydeside Expressway Eastbound Closure - Service 1, 1A, 1C, X4 From Scotstoun

To allow for works, from Wednesday 15th October until Monday morning 20th October between 20:00 & 06:00 each night, A814 Clydeside Expressway Eastbound between Hayburn Street and Finnieston on ramp will be closed.

On Friday 17th October the road will close at 23:00 until 06:00.

Service 1, 1A, 1C, X4 towards City Centre:

Clydeside Expressway Partick, Thornwood, Sawmill Road, Castlebank Street, Stobcross Road, Finnieston Street & Clydeside Expressway Eastbound.

Service 1C | Alderman Road

Service 1C | Alderman Road

To allow for resurfacing works on Friday 14th November 07:30 until Wednesday 19th November 06:00 Alderman Road will be closed

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 1C towards Drumchapel diverting via Dumbarton Road at Anniesland Road, Dumbarton Road, Dyke Road, Alderman Road normal route.

Service 1C towards City diverting via Alderman Road at Dyke Road, Dyke Road, Dumbarton Road normal route.

Service 242 | Heathery Road, Wishawhill *Updated

Service 242

Heathery Road, Wishawhill is closed due to an unplanned road closure.

Towards Holytown/Maxim Park:

Diverting via Cleland Road, Main Street, Heathery Road, Campsie Road, Pentland Road, Grampian Road, Heathery Road, Main Street, Cleland Road and Glasgow Road.

Towards Pather/Depot:

Opposite of the above.

These works are expected to be in place for 2-3 weeks.

Hillington Road / SERVICE DISRUPTION until the 3rd of December 2025

To allow for major works on Hillington Interchange, the 9A service from Braehead will not serve Penilee/Hillington Industrial Estate between 20:00-06:00 nightly on these dates:

Thurs 30th Oct-Wed 5th Nov

Thurs 13th Nov-Wed 19th Nov

Thurs 27th Nov-Wed 3rd Dec

Passengers wishing to get to Penilee/Hillington Industrial Estate will have to use last stop on Kings Inch Road or Paisley Road West at Morrisons and 9A to Penilee.

To allow for bridge repair works, commencing Saturday night 18th October from 20:00 until 06:00, then every consecutive Saturday night until Sunday morning 21st December, this stop will be out of use.

Barns Street/Dumbarton Road

1, 1A, 2 & 6 / Mill Road / DIVERSION 18th of October 2025

Mill Road Clydebank Service 1, 1A, 2 & 6

Starting from Saturday 18th October 20:00 until 06:00, then every consecutive Saturday night until Sunday morning 21st December, Mill Road Clydebank will be closed for bridge repair works.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 1, 1A, 2 & 6 towards Clydebank:

Glasgow Road at Mill Road, North Elgin Street & Barns Street.

Service 1, 1A, 2 & 6 towards Scotstoun:

Barns Street, North Elgin Street, Glasgow Road & Dumbarton Road.
