TERMS & CONDITIONS - X20 BUS COLOURING COMPETITION

  1. The colouring-in X20 Bus (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by First Essex Buses LTD, Westway, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 3AR.
  2. Entries must be sent to X20bus@firstbus.co.uk or can be submitted on the event day by providing your email address.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. We must receive your entry by Wednesday 23rd August 2023. Submissions received after this date will not be eligible for entry.
  5. One (1) winner will be chosen from all entries by the First Essex Marketing Team.
  6. The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided on the colouring-in sheet used for entry or sent via email) on Thursday 24th August 2023 by 12pm.
  7. The winner and a selection of other entries may be shared on our social media channels.
  8. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. £50 One4all digital voucher will be sent to the winner via email address.
  9. If the winner fails to claim the prize by Thursday 31st August 2023, then we will select an alternative winner.
  10. Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw shall be used only insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prize.
