The following services have been impacted by operational issues:

Service X20

11:19 Head Street - North Station

11:35 North Station - Osborne Street did not run due to being delay of 30 min.

This service will be leaving 10 min late from Osborne Street towards Stanstead.

Service C8, C11, 47

House fire reported on Louvain Road.

Service C8 will circle the roundabout and divert via White Hart Lane.

Service C11 will circle the roundabout at Bealiue Boulevard and via White Hart Lane.

Service 47 will serve Shardlow and Bealiue Boulevard then divert via White Hart Lane.

Service 331

The 13:40 331 service has broken down.

This has caused a delay of 40 minutes.

The Burnham departure should leave 15:10 on time.

Services 73, 71, 371

Service 73 due to leave Cherry gardens at 15:33 will leave approximately 60 mins late due to heavy traffic in Hatfield Peverel.

The 71/371 services are also suffering delays of 45 minutes.

The following services are experiencing unexpected disruption on 05/12/2025 >>

13B

[11:57] The 13B service is operating to normal line of route.

[09:46] Downham Road, Ramsden Heath is obstructed. The 13B service will divert in both directions via Hawkswood Road and Crowsheath Lane until further notice. The following bus stops will not be served: Dovedale Close, Oak Road and Crowsheath Lane.

[12:35] Congestion in Chelmsford City Centre - The 300 service is currently experience delays of up to 15 minutes.

351

[14:03] The 351 service will be departing Brentwood Railway Station at 14:15.

100

[14:08] Traffic is building in and around Lakeside. The 100 service is currently operating to normal line of route. Journeys are being assessed, on a case by case basis, to retain punctuality - the following actions will be implemented if the 100 service is impacted by severe delays.

• Journeys to divert via the A1306, A1012 and A126.
• Journeys to terminate/recommence at Grays Bus Station.

*Passengers who are travelling, between Grays Bus Station and Lakeside, are advised to use Ensign Bus: 22 & 83*

There are now reports on multiple incidents on the QE2 bridge and clockwise M25.  We may have to curtail services at Grays if the traffic situation gets worse.

A132 Eastmayne closed southbound | 25, X10

The road outside Cranes Farm Road stop near to the footbridge has been closed, due to an incident.

Service 25 diverting Basildon bound via Courtauld Road, and Burnt Mills Road between Paycocke Rd and Grimston Road.

Service X10 will not serve Eastmayne in either direction and divert via Burnt Mills Road and Courtauld Road towards both Wickford and Basildon.
