Chichester Road, Southend-on-Sea will be closed for overnight roadworks from Wednesday 5th March to Thursday 6th March 2025.

The road is scheduled to be closed from 19:00hrs and is to re-open from 05:00hrs the next morning.

Due to the location of the road closure the X30 service will be placed on diversion:

Towards Stansted Airport: Normal line of route - No diversion - All bus stops served.

Towards Southend-on-Sea: The X30 service will divert, after serving Victoria Station Interchange, via Queensway, Chancellor Road and Church Road before terminating/recommencing journeys at Southend-on-Sea Travel Centre (Stop C).

The following bus stop(s) will not be served:

  • Southend-on-Sea Travel Centre (Arrivals)
