Very slow traffic on London Road, West Thurrock due to temporary traffic lights.

To retain route punctuality - journeys will be assessed on a case by case basis and (if required) could divert between Lakeside and Grays/Basildon via Arterial Road North Stifford and Hogg Lane *PLEASE CHECK WITH DRIVER ON BOARDING THE VEHICLE*

The following bus stops will not be served: 

  • Ikea
  • The Ship
  • Magnet Road
  • Mill Lane
  • Moore Avenue
  • Roseberry Road
  • Grays Aldi

The following journey has been cancelled due to operational issues:

The roadworks on Chapmans Lane and East Mersea Road have been completed and removed. The 55 is operating to normal line of route.

There is slow traffic on Noak Hill Road due to an unloading vehicle - journeys will be assessed on a case by case basis and (if required) could be placed on diversion - *in this circumstance - Church Road and Noak Hill Road will not be served towards Basildon*

The level crossing at Hythe Station Road is experiencing a technical problem.

The 54 is diverting in both directions via Colne Causeway until further notice.
