A section of West Avenue, Clacton-on-Sea will be closed for roadworks from Tuesday 2nd January to Monday 15th January 2024.

Due to the location of the roadworks the 74B and 76 services will be placed on the following diversion:

• towards Clacton-on-Sea - Services 74B and 76 will divert via Rosemary Road, Station Road (south-bound direction) and Pier Avenue - terminating at bus stop Pier Avenue (Stand A)
• towards Colchester - Services 74B and 76 will commence from bus stop Pier Avenue (Stand A) and divert via Rosemary Road, Station Road (north-bound direction), Carnarvon Road (A133) and Wellesley Road before returning to normal line of route on Pier Avenue.

The following bus stops will not be served whilst both services are on diversion:

• Jackson Road (Stand F)
• Morrisons
• Anchor Road
