Colchester Road (B1508), West Bergholt will be closed for overnight roadworks from Monday 2nd June to Wednesday 4th June 2025. 

  • 20:00hrs 02/06/2025 to 05:00hrs 03/06/2025 
  • 20:00hrs 03/06/2025 to 05:00hrs 04/06/2025 

No access has been granted - therefore, the 53 and 53A services will be unable to serve West Bergholt whilst the road is closed.

The following journeys will terminate/recommence at North Station: 

  • 19:35 Rowhedge to West Bergholt will terminate at North Station
  • 20:52 Colchester to West Bergholt will terminate at North Station
  • 21:42 Colchester to West Bergholt will terminate at North Station
  • 22:42 Colchester to West Bergholt will terminate at North Station
  • 20:15 West Bergholt to North Station will not operate
  • 21:15 West Bergholt to Rowhedge will start from North Station at 21:26
  • 22:15 West Bergholt to Rowhedge will start from North Station at 22:26
