The Great Dunmow Carnival returns on Saturday 21st September 2024. 

High Street (B1008), Great Dunmow will be closed between 12:00 and 15:00 whilst the event takes place.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 323 service will be placed on diversion:

Towards Great Dunmow

Service 323 will divert after serving Woodlands Park Drive via Woodside Way, Stortford Road, Dunmow Bypass and Chelmsford Road.

Towards Bishop's Stortford

Service 323 will divert after commencing journey at David Wright Close bus stop via Chelmsford Road, Dunmow Bypass, Stortford Road and Woodside Way.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

  • Graces Wood
  • The Causeway
  • North Street
  • High Street
  • Station Road
  • Gatehouse Villas
