Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh is closed for daily roadworks from Monday 18th August to Friday 22nd August 2025.

The road will be closed from 10:00hrs each morning and will re-open from 14:00hrs each afternoon.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 25 service will divert in both directions via London Road (A129). The 25 service will temporarily serve the following bus stops (located on London Road (A129): opp Electricity Board and o/s Electricity Board.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

  • Little Wheatley Chase
  • Langham Drive
  • Tendring Avenue
  • Hatfield Road
  • Falcon Close
  • Purleigh Road
