Mount Hill, Halstead will be closed for weekend roadworks from 21:00 on Saturday 14th September to 18:00 on Sunday 15th September 2024.

Due to the location of the road closure the 88/88A service will terminate and recommence journeys at Halstead High Street bus stops.

Newland Street, Witham will be partially closed between 09:30 and 15:30 whilst the event takes place.

Services 71 and X71 will divert after serving Sainsburys bus stop via Colchester Road, the A131 and Chelmer Road (A138) before returning to normal line of route on Cuton Hall Lane.

Towards Colchester

Services 71 and X71 will divert after serving Chelmer Village Way bus stop via New Dukes Way, Chelmer Road (A138) and Colchester Road before circumnavigating the roundabout (at entrance to Sainsburys) to return to normal line of route at Sainsburys bus stop.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions: Army Reserves Centre

Woodside Way Roundabout and Dunmow Bypass, Great Dunmow will be closed for works, on a nightly basis, from Thursday 12th September to Saturday 14th September 2024.

The road is to be closed from 20:00hrs each night to 05:00hrs the next morning.

Due to the location of the roadworks the X20 and X30 services will divert, in both directions, via Rosemary Lane, The Downs, North Street, Chelmsford Road and the A120.

Please take this diversion into consideration when planning your journey as slight delays may occur due to length of diversion.

A section of Stock Road, Galleywood (between the junction of Watchouse Road and Ponds Lane) will be closed for roadworks from 19:00hrs on Monday 9th September 2024 and will re-open from 05:00hrs on Tuesday 10th September 2024.

Due to the location of the road closure, the C1, C7, C57, 13/13A/13B and 300 services will be placed on diversion:

Service C1

Service C1, towards Chelmsford, will commence journey at Skinners Lane Shops bus stop.

Service C1, towards Galleywood, will divert via Beehive Lane, Stock Road, Watchouse Road and Skinner's Road before returning to normal line of route at Chelmer Park bus stop.

Services C7 and C57

Services C7 and C57, towards Galleywood, will terminate at Keene Hall bus stop.

Services C7 and C57, towards Chelmsford, will commence at Keene Hall bus stop; diverting via Stock Road, Beehive Lane and Skinner's Lane before returning to normal line of route at Jubilee Park bus stop on Watchouse Road.

Services 13/13A/13B and 300

Services 13/13A/13B and 300 will divert, in both directions, via London Road, Three Mile Hill (A414) and the A12.
