Main Road, Rettendon will be closed for works on Thursday 20th June and Friday 21st June 2024 - between the hours of 10:00 and 15:00 only.

Due to the location of the road closure, the 13 service will be placed on diversion:

Towards Wickford

Service 13 will divert, after serving West Hanningfield Road (adj) bus stop, via Middlemead before returning to normal line of route at The Old Windmill bus stop. The following bus stops will not be served: o/s St Peter's School, o/s Church, Rettendon Common (opp) and adj Chalk Street.

Towards Chelmsford

Service 13 will divert, after serving opp The Old Windmill bus stop, via Middlemead before returning to normal line of route on Church Street - the next bus stop will be West Hanningfield Road (opp).  The following bus stops will not be served: opp Chalk Street, Rettendon Common (adj), opp Church and opp St Peter's School.
