East Hill will be closed on Friday 26th May 2023 from 05:00 until 20:00hrs due to Ride London event taking place in Colchester. This will affect Colchester services 87, 102, 103, 104, 1A and 2A. 

Service 87

Towards Brightlingsea:

Buses will divert via Colchester High Street, Queen Street, Magdalen Street, Hythe Hill, Hythe Quay, Hythe Station Road and Greenstead Road to continue line of route from Tesco.

Towards Colchester:

Same above diversion in reverse

We will not be able to serve bus stops on East Hill, East Street and Greenstead Road during these timings.

Service 102/103/104/1A/2A

Buses will divert via Colchester High Street, Queen Street, Magdalen Street, Hythe Hill through the bus gate, Hythe Quay / Hythe Station Road, Greenstead Road and Harwich Road to continue line of route.

Towards Colchester:

Same above diversion in reverse.

We will not be able to serve bus stops on East hill and East Street.
