King Edward Road, Basildon is closed for roadworks from 06/07/2026 to 10/07/2026.

The road will be closed daily between 08:00hrs and 16:00hrs.

Due to the location of the roadworks - the B2 will divert in both directions via Roberts Road.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

  • Nicholl Road
  • King Edward Road
  • Tattenham Road
  • Home Mead
  • Powell Road

*A temporary bus stop has been installed on Roberts Road*
