Hatfield Road, Witham is closed for overnight roadworks on:

  • 01/04/2026 (Wed) -> 02/04/2026 (Thu)
  • 23/04/2026 (Thu) -> 24/04/2026 (Fri)

*This is a timed road closure: the road will be closed nightly between 19:00hrs and 05:00hrs*

Due to the location of the roadworks - the 71 / 371 will divert in both directions via Gershwin Blvd, Maltings Lane, Maldon Road, Laurence Avenue and Howbridge Road.

The following bus stops will not be served:

  • Lodge Road
  • Maltings Lane
  • Shortridge Court
  • Bridge Hospital
