Due to the location of the road closure - the 52 / X70 will be placed on diversion:

Towards Stanway: Normal line of route. All bus stops served.

Towards Highwoods: The 52 will return back along London Road and will divert via Western Way and Tollgate West before returning to normal line of route on Tollgate Road. All bus stops served.

X70

The X70 will divert in both directions via London Road. The following bus stop will not be served: Tollgate Centre

The closest drop-off/pick-up points, to the road closure, are: 

  • Wyvern Farm (both directions)
  • Tollgate Roundabout (towards Chelmsford)
