The NORTHBOUND slip road at the A12 / A120 Interchange (Junction 25) will be closed for overnight roadworks from 17/02/2026 to 18/02/2026.

*This is a timed road closure: the road will be closed between 21:00hrs and 05:00hrs*

Due to the location of the road closure - the 371 and 71 services will be placed on diversion:

Towards Chelmsford: Normal line of route. All bus stops served.

Towards Colchester: The 371 and 71 will stay on the A12 (diverting past Junction 25) and come off at the next exit (Junction 26); diverting via Essex Yeomanry Way and Western Approach before returning to normal line of route. The following bus stops will not be served:

  • Marks Tey Railway Station
  • Marks Tey Motel
  • Copford Lane
  • Westbury Close
  • The Swan
  • Sparrow Hall
  • St Albright's Church
  • Sealion Approach
  • Wyvern Farm
