Due to the location of the road closure - the 28 will be placed on diversion:

Towards Southend: The 28 will divert via Southbourne Grove, Prittlewell Chase and Victoria Avenue before returning to normal line of route. 

The following bus stops will not be served:

• Westcliff Library
• Crowstone Road
• Westcliff Plough
• Hamlet Court Road
• Howards Court
• The Cricketers Inn
• Park Tavern

Towards Basildon: The 28 will divert via Victoria Avenue, Prittlewell Chase and Westbourne Grove before returning to normal line of route. 

The following bus stops will not be served:

• *Victoria Station Interchange (VF)*
• Park Tavern
• The Cricketers Inn
• Hamlet Court Road
• Westcliff Plough
• Crowstone Road
• Westcliff Library
