Due to a missing manhole cover at Holmes Market

Services are diverted as follows :-

OUTBOUND :- Market Road / Wheatley Hall Road & Wentworth Road resuming normal route on Beckett Road.

INBOUND :- Normal route to Wentworth Road then Wentworth Road / Wheatley Hall Road / Church Way resuming normal route at Greyfriars Road.
 

Monday 2nd February 0800 At all times for up to 21 days.

Due to the closure of Thorne Road, services are to divert as follows: - 

Outbound - Wheatley Hotel, Clay Lane Roundabout, Wheatley Hall Road, McDonald’s Roundabout and resuming normal route.

Inbound – Is not affected.

18a, 207 & X3 Services - Sunday 22nd February (0600-1000)

Meadowhall Drive will be closed in one direction for testing.

18a & X3 services will divert via Weedon Street & Meadowhall Road in both directions.

207 services will divert via Weedon Street, Sheffield Road & Vulcan Way.

52a, 207 & X3 Services - Until further notice (2300-0530) each night

Sutherland Street & Norfolk Bridge have been closed each night by unannounced Network Rail works.

Services are diverting via Attercliffe Road, Nerwhall Road, Alfred Road (inbound), Brightside Lane & Saville Street in both directions.

86 & 765 Services - Saturday 17th until Monday 19th February (0800–1800)

Norfolk Hill will be closed for works.

Services will divert directly along Penistone Road without serving Grenoside village.

In both directions.

73 & X3 Services - Sunday 8th & 15th February (at all times)

Main Street, Rotherham will be closed for works.

INBOUND 73 service will divert via Bridge Street, Centenary Way, Ickles Roundabout, Sheffield Road, Old Sheffield Road & Canklow Road.

INBOUND X3 (towards Sheffield) service will divert via Bridge Street, Centenary Way & Ickles Roundabout.

207 & X3 Services - From Monday 12th January (at all times) onwards UPDATED NOW 26th January

Attercliffe Road will be closed in one direction between Worksop Road & Staniforth Road for at least nine months by SCC works.

As a result, INBOUND services will operate a new re-registered route.

INBOUND services will operate via Newhall Road, Alfred Road, Brightside Lane & Saville Street.

OUTBOUND services are unaffected.

Services will be running the registered route till the works have been completed.

Service X5 | Katherine Road

Katherine Road has been closed, services are diverting via Green Arbour Road and Woodhouse Green in both directions.

12th Jan 2026 For At Least 9 Months

Attercliffe Road will be closing between Staniforth Road and Worksop Road for a period of at least 9 months.

The X3 will be re-registered TOWARD SHEFFIELD to operate via Attercliffe Common, Sheffield Hallam University, Newhall Road, Alfred Road, Brightside Lane, and re-join the route on Saville Street.

Service 216, X5 | Wales Road 

Unannounced Yorkshire Water works on Wales Road are delaying our services up to 30 mins during peak periods.

Services remain on normal route but are being adjusted as required (until Kiveton Bridge is closed).
