Concessionary Travel
If you live in Wales and are aged 60 or over or disabled you may be entitled to free bus travel within Wales. Concessionary bus passes can be used at any time of day. Disabled people can also request a companion pass if they require assistance when travelling. New-style Concessionary Travel Cards have now been rolled out and the old-style green bus passes can no longer be used. If you don't have a new card when travelling, you will need to buy a ticket for your journey. If you haven't renewed your bus pass yet, you will need to reapply online at tfw.wales/travelcards. Not online or need help? Get a friend or family member to apply with you or call 0300 303 4240 for advice. Alternatively, a paper application form can be downloaded for completion here. Once complete, your application will be processed and you should receive your new-style travel card within 20 working days. Over 60 and visiting from outside Wales?
As a thank you for spending your holiday here with us in Wales, we're offering all-day travel on First Cymru bus services for just £4. Simply show your Non-Welsh Senior Travel Pass and ask for a "Visitors Special" day ticket - it's really that simple! |
