 Burton Road has been closed in one direction at the junction of Neepsend Lane for unannounced road works.

OUTBOUND services will divert via Mowbray Street, Ball Street & Burton Road.

8, 8a, 120 & 120k OUTBOUND Services - Saturday 4th April (1200-1400)

A Raise the Colours Protest.

No diversions are expected at this time (though if required, all affected services will divert via Hamer Lane, Sheaf Street, Park Square Roundabout, Duke Street & City Road).

Multiple Cadent gas works & associated temporary traffic lights on Hathersage Road, Bamford, are delaying services.

Services may be regulated as a result.

Information on Causeway One suggests works may be completed by 23rd April.

384 & 384a services

28/03 – 12/04 - at all times

OUTBOUND: Services are to run until normal service to Snowies bungalow, onto Armthorpe Lane, Left onto Breck lane, onto Doncaster Road (over the bridge), to resume normal service.

INBOUND: Reverse of above

Service 384

Church Balk is closed until April 12th 2026.

Services are diverting via Thorne Road, Armthorpe Road and serving Brecks Lane in the opposite direction before resuming normal route at the end of Armthorpe Lane.

56 Service - 1930 Thursday 02 April Until 0500 Friday 03 April (For One Night Only)

Moncrieffe Road will be closed for SCC resurfacing works.

Services outbound to Neither Edge are unaffected.

Services inbound towards Wybourn are to use Montgomery Road.

81 Service - 0001 Monday 30 March Until 2359 Friday 03 April (at all times) for five days)

We are unable to serve Causeway Head Road, High Street or Devonshire Terrace Road due to road works.

Service 81 will terminate service on Cross Lane.

Services will commence from Brickhouse Lane, then onto Hathersage Road.

8, 8a, 73, 120 & 120k Services - Saturday 28th March until Sunday 12th April (at all times) for sixteen days

City Road, Manor top is closed between Prince of Wales Road and Wulfric Road in one direction (towards city).

The late 73 INBOUND service the runs via Granville Road only will operate via East Bank Road, Dutchess Road, Queen’s Road and Granville Square then normal route.

8 & 8a INBOUND services will operate via East Bank Road, Dutchess Road, Queen’s Road and Granville Square then normal route.

120 & 120k INBOUND services will operate via Manor Top, East Bank Road, Arbourthorne Road Park and Grange Road/City Road

As a result of the closure, these services will also now be accepting Supertram tickets between City / Manor Top.

Due to the closure of West End Lane in Rossington, services will divert as follows: -​

Service 355/355h 

The services are diverting via Holmes Carr Road, West End Lane, West End Lane over the railway crossing to Styrrup Roundabout, Sheep Bridge Lane, Great Yorkshire Way, iPort and turn around at the first roundabout to resume the normal route.​

Service 356

The services are diverting via iPort, Great Yorkshire Way, Sheep Bridge Lane, The Styrrup Roundabout, The railway crossing, West End Lane, King George’s Road to resume the normal route.​

Same as 356 diversion resuming normal route on Great Yorkshire Way​

Same diversion as 355 service, resuming normal route at the Great Yorkshire Way Roundabout

X2 Service -  6th April until 30th September (on five separate occasions)

Doncaster Road & High Street, Braithwell will be closed on five separate occasions for road works.

Services diverted via Grange Lane, Stainton Lane (through Stainton village), Raw Lane / Hirst Lane / Cockhill Lane & Edlington double roundabouts in both directions.
