York Road Services

Due to an RTC at the roundabout outside KFC, York Road is closed Outbound.

All services are to use Bentley Road, Hazelmere Grove and Watch House Lane to resume whatever route being operated.
 

Brinsworth Lane & Brinsworth Road now clear and services back to normal

73, 95 & 207 Services - Until further notice

A non bus RTC has closed the junction of Brinsworth Lane & Brinsworth Road.

Police have now also closed Canklow Bridge.

73 & 95 Services diverted via Catcliffe mini roundabout, Brinsworth Road & Three Magpies roundabout, Bonet Lane, Bawtry Road, M1 J34S roundabout, Sheffield Road, Ickles roundabout & Sheffield Road in both directions.

207 Service diverted between Meadowhall & Rotherham directly along Sheffield Road, Ickles roundabout & Centenary Way (without serving Brinsworth).

73 & 95 Services - Until further notice (at al times)

A combination of roadworks and parked cars is again blocking Stephenson Way, Waverley.

Services diverted directly along Highfield Spring in both directions.

Information on one.network suggests works should have completed by 29th October.

18, 18a & 20 Services - Until further notice (at all times)

The lower section of Derbyshire Lane has been closed for works.

18 & 18a services will divert via Upper Albert Road / Lees Hall Avenue, Warminster Road, Thorpe House Avenue, Thorpe House loop, Thorpe House Avenue, Warminster Road, Norton Lees Lane & upper section of Derbyshire Lane in both directions.

20 services will divert via Chesterfield Road, Scrasdale Road, Norton Lees Lane & Warminster Road in both directions.

This matter is still ongoing and is expected to end on the 28th of October.

The upper section of Derbyshire Lane has been closed by SCC works until 29/10/2025 (0700-1900).

Low hanging trees on Hollow Gate, Burncross are causing disruption.

Services will divert using double decker vehicles via Foster Way, Greengate Lane, Worrall Road / School Road, Blackburn Drive, Burncross Road & Bracken Hill in both directions until further notice.

Richmond Hall Road has been blocked to larger vehicles by works.

Services will divert via Hastilar Road South (Fishponds), Richmond Road & Ravenscroft Road in both directions.

Works should have completed by 28th October. 

Due to repeated acts of vandalism in Stainforth, the following services will divert to avoid the area after 4:30pm, as follows:

Diverted from Barnby Dun via Armthorpe Lane / Dunsville High Street & Broadway, resuming normal route at the end of Broadway.

Hollythorpe Rise has again been closed at the junction of Upper Albert Road by unannounced road works.

Services diverted via Warminster Road, Thorpe House Avenue, and the Thorpe House Loop in both directions.
