We accept English national concessionary passes for free travel on our buses, making it easy to get out and about, to meet friends and to head to the shops.
You can use your pass as a smartcard – just hold your pass to the card reader on the ticket machine and wait for the beep. We’ll issue a boarding ticket – this includes important information about your journey if you need to get in touch with us.
- If you’re boarding within Stoke-on-Trent, free travel is available between 0930 and 2300, Monday-Friday and all day weekends and bank holidays.
- If you’re boarding within Staffordshire (excluding Stoke-on-Trent), free travel is available at any time until June 30 2019. From 1 July 2019, travel is free between 0930 & 2300 Monday-Friday and all day weekends/bank holidays for senior pass holders. Disabled pass holders travel free at all times. Click for more details.
