Win one month free bus travel across York:

  1. The promoter is First York Limited, registered address: First Bus York, George Hudson Street, York, YO1 6WR.
  2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  3. The prize of one month free bus travel includes: 1x FirstAdult Month ticket code (to be redeemed on the First Bus App).
  4. The prize draw will run from Thursday 9th November 2023 until Wednesday 22nd November 2023 at 4pm.
  5. This promotion is only open to those that have completed all the actions specified in Little Vikings email and social media posts.
  6. A winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
  7. The winner will be notified via email the next working day after the end of the prize draw. A working day consists of Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. 
  8. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by responding to the email. If the winner does not accept the prize or if the winner does not respond within 3 days from the original email, the prize will then be redrawn and offered to another entrant.
  9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and does not have an equivalent cash value.
  10. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you within the competition entry may be held and used only by First Bus or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. First Bus is compliant with the relevant Data Protection Laws which are in force at the time and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.   11. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity but will always endeavor to minimise the effect on participants.
  13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, and where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms prior to any closing date specified.
