York Minster
The incredible York Minster is a must-visit location in the heart of York!
It's been a place of worship for over 1000 years and is full of magnificent, architectural details that make it one of the finest minsters in the world. Enjoy the vast spaces, stained-glass windows and hand carved stone details whilst discovering the cathedral’s roots in Roman and Viking history.

The Shambles

River Ouse

The Habit is a relaxed cafe-bar just around the corner from York Minister, which is visible from their incredible terrace. Enjoy craft ales, lagers, whiskeys and gins alongside their epic all day breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches, salads and more!
Los Moros
Los Moros began in a small shed at the Shambles Market and then three years later, they opened a restaurant serving colourful, North African food.
Los Moros means ‘the Moors’ in Spanish and their restaurant serves dishes they can't create at the market as well as welcoming people to eat with them day and night!

Specialists in craft beers, House of trembling madness is the perfect place to find a
new favourite, with over 25 lines across 2 floors at their Lendal venue. Using local ingredients, they also offer a menu of classic food and specials alongside their wide selection of beers.
Brew York
Brew York is a local brewery with their own, unique tap room - with a cosy riverside beer garden and seating for 25 people with amazing views of the River Foss, it's the perfect place to chill out with mates. On weekends, the Yard at the front of their Brewery will also be open and is the ultimate sun-trap!
Dusk
An independent cafe-bar, serving good coffee and chilled vibes by day, with craft cocktails and live music by night. They specialise in New York style, crispy pizzas available up to 9pm (with veggie and vegan options) and even host open mic nights if you fancy a go yourself.
