Upcoming diversions August 2025

SERVICE 35

Service 35 is currently on diversion due to a one-way road closure on Brickfields Road, under the railway bridge. Service towards Worcester City Centre are unaffected but service towards Blackpole are being diverted.

The diversion is from Lowesmoor, via Tolladine Road and Ambleside Drive to rejoin normal route on Langdale Drive. Please note buses will not stop on diversion.

This closure is due to be in place until the end of service on Friday 15th August 2025, subject to completion of roadworks.

SERVICE X50

Due to the upcoming closure of B4084 between Drakes Broughton and Three Springs Road in Pershore, service X50 will be diverted in both directions on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th August 2025.

From Worcester towards Pershore/Evesham, service will be diverted from Stoulton, via Windmill Lane, A44, Station Road to resume normal route at Three Springs Road.

From Pershore towards Worcester, service will be diverted from Three Springs Road by turning right onto B4084, Station Road, A44 and Windmill Lane to resume normal route just before Stoulton.

Please note buses will not stop on diversion.

SERVICE 32/332

Due to the upcoming closure of a section of St Peter’s Drive between Bittern Road and Kingfisher Close, services 32/332 will need to divert on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd August 2025.

Service 32 outbound to St Peters is not affected. Inbound towards Worcester, buses will encircle Tesco Superstore roundabout and use A4440 to resume normal route at Harvester. Please note buses will not stop on diversion.

Service 332 will divert by following the normal 32 line of route to Tesco Superstore roundabout, then resuming normal route.

SERVICE 30 – UPDATE ON MAJOR SEVERN TRENT WORKS

Following reported good progress on the roadworks, the works are ahead of schedule. We are expecting at some point during next week that the work will progress onto and further past the roundabout on Drake Avenue, meaning that the diversionary route currently being taken will change due to the location of the closure. We are unsure when this will occur but will endeavour to keep passengers as informed as possible when the change happens.

The next diversionary route to be taken will be to operate normal route from City Centre through to Honeywell Primary School, encircle the roundabout on Drake Avenue and return to normal route. At this point during the work, we are unable to serve Drake Avenue in full. Please note buses will not stop on diversion.

SERVICE 38

Due to the closure of Shrub Hill Road for roadworks on Monday 11 August 2025 for 3 consecutive nights, service 38 will need to divert between 19:00 and 06:00 each night.

Service will divert in both directions between Lowesmoor and Newtown Road via Tolladine Road and Sherriff Street throughout the closure.

For this closure, buses will stop at Station Steps bus stop in both directions to ensure a connection to Shrub Hill Railway Station.
