Acorn Drive has been closured due to emergency electrical works by Northern Powergrid.
INBOUND service diverted Bankfield Lane & Stannington Road (omitting the estate).
Works suggested to be complete by 5th November.
18, 18A - Meersbrook Road
Services 18,18a Till Further notice
Due to badly parked cars on Meersbrook Road service to divert in both directions via Upper Albert Road.
86 - Burncross Road
Service 86 - Burncross Road
Due to a burst water main, Burncross Road has been closed by Yorkshire Water and services are required to divert until 8th November.
Services are diverted via the Acorn PH crossroads, Hollow Gate, Greengate Lane, Worrall road, School Road, Lane End & Lound Side in both directions.
76 & 76e - Elmview Road
Services 76 & 76e - Elmview Road
Due to unannounced road works at Elmview Road, services are required to divert until further notice.
Services towards Meadowhall are diverted via Newman Road.
Dale Road - X3
Monday 28th October – Sunday 1st December
Dale Road will be closed between the junctions of Low Road and Castle Street for gas main replacement work
Services towards Sheffield are diverting via Low Road, New Hill, High Street before resuming normal route on Church Street.
Services to Doncaster are unaffected and should operate as normal.
305 - Blyth Road
305 services - Blyth Road
Due to the closure of Blyth Road, the 305 services will be unable to serve Harworth. This is expected until 12th November.
18/A, X1,X2 services - Brightside lane closure
Due to SCC roadworks, Brightside lane has been closed between Forgemasters and Weedon Street in one direction.
Services affected: 18, 18a, X1 & X2
Diversions as follows, until further notice:
Outbound X1 & X2:
Diversion via Hawke Street, Attercliffe Common & X3 route to Meadowhall.
INBOUND 18 & 18a:
Diversion via Holywell Road & Jenkin Road.
Services toward Forgemaster from Meadowhall are unaffected.
Information on one.network suggests works may be completed by 4th November.
272 - Hope Footbridge
Due to works on Hope footbridge, double-decker vehicles are currently unable to pass safely.
Services affected: 272
Single-decker vehicles will be used on route 272, until further notice.
One.network suggests the works will be completed by 15th November.
Minor timetable changes from 3 November
From Sunday 3 November, we will be introducing some minor timetable changes across Rotherham, Doncaster and Sheffield.
Why are we making these changes?
At First Bus, we're always looking at our routes and timetables to improve our network, and these changes will ensure we can continue to provide a reliable and punctual service throughout South Yorkshire.

80 - Brimington village centre
80 Service - Sunday 10th November (13:45 - 15:15)
Brimington village centre will be closed for the Remembrance Sunday parade.
Outbound services will divert left in Staveley onto Barlow Road (opposite the Miners Welfare) to the end & right onto Inkerssall Road (through Inkersall village).
At the traffic lights at the end of the road, turn right onto Chesterfield Road and follow the road to Chesterfield Hospital.
Inbound services will operate the reverse of the above.
