Durham Road has been closed for unannounced roadworks.

Inbound Services diverted via, Brook Hill, Broad Lane, and Mapin Street.

Until further notice.

51 & 52a Services

Durham Road is now clear and open.

Normal service to resume.

Blackburn Meadows has been closed by unannounced roadworks.

INBOUND services diverted via Bawtry Road, M1 J34S roundabout, Sheffield Road, Vulcan Road & Meadowhall Way.

Until Wednesday 25th March (0930-1530) weekdays only

Due to a road closure on Blackburn Meadows we will divert as follows. Carry on straight on Sheffield Rd to the Tinsley viaduct 4th exit on RB onto Sheffield Rd, At the next RB take 2nd exit onto Vulcan Rd, At the next RB 3rd exit onto Meadowhall Way picking up normal route at Meadowhall. This is OUTBOUND to Sheffield ONLY.

Sheffield Wednesday FC vs Leicester FC – Monday 6th April (1400-1745)

When Leppings Lane closes:

18, 18a, 97 & 98 services TOWARDS Hillsborough Interchange will divert along Penistone Road and  Bradfield Road to Hillsborough Corner.

Services FROM Hillsborough Interchange will operate via Langsett Road,  Bamforth Street then along Penistone Road.

Additionally, Donovan Road also becomes blocked  during these times:

98 service will divert via Southey Green Road & Wordsworth Avenue.

18, 18a, 47, 48 & 51 – Until further notice.

Supertram services towards Birley non-operational.

We are therefore accepting tram tickets between City & Birley.

X11 Service - Monday 30th March until Monday 20th April (at all times)

West End Lane, New Rossington will be closed for road works.

Services will divert via Stripe Road, Rossington Roundabout, Sheep Bridge Lane & Iport Avenue, turning around at the roundabout in both directions.

X2 & X11 Services - 0001 Monday 30th March until 2359 Monday 11th May (at all times)

Grange Lane will be closed in one direction (northbound) between High Street & Salisbury Road for works.

X2 (Short) OUTBOUND services will divert via Rotherham Road & Braithwell Road to Chadwick Road terminus.

X2 (Short) INBOUND service will operate normal route but must allow passengers to travel through from outbound services as far as High Street.

X2 (Full) OUTBOUND services will divert via Rotherham Road, Braithwell Road, Salisbury Road & Grange Lane without serving High Street.

X2 (Full) INBOUND service will operate normal route.

X11 (Short) service will terminate at Quilter Road by diverting via High Street & Tickhill Road in both directions.

216 & X5 Services - Sunday 28th March until Sunday 12th April (at all times)

Kiveton Bridge will be closed for works.

Services will divert  between Mansfield Road, Aston & The Saxon PH, Kiveton, A57 (over M1 J31 Roundabout), Red Lion Roundabout & Kiveton Lane in both directions.

We are unable to serve Wales Bar, Wales, Kiveton during this period.

387, 387a & 481a services

Sunday 22nd March to Sunday 29th March 2026

(08:00 – 22:00 daily)

Towards Thorne :- Normal to Stainforth Church, Princess Avenue, East Lane, Station Road, High Street (Hatfield) , Epworth Road, Thorne Road & Hatfield Road resuming normal route at Thorne Park.

Towards Doncaster :- Normal route to Thorne Park, Hatfield Road, Epworth Road, High Street, Station Road & East Lane resuming normal route at Stainforth Church towards Doncaster.

Due to the closure of High St at Arksey, both services are using only the Ings Lane / Ings Way loop until 31/03/26.
