Due to a road traffic collision on the junction of Doncaster Road and Far Lane

Services to divert via St Annes Road, St Annes Roundabout, Fitzwilliam Road, Mushroom roundabout in both directions

Service 115 then to use Herringthorpe valley road to serve East Herringthorpe

Gower Street now open and services back to regular routes

Service 97,98 Gower Street

Due to a road traffic accident, services are diverted via Burngreave Road in both directions

Brightside Lane will be closed inbound only between Weedon Street.

Services to turn operate via the X3 route into Meadowhall.

Southey Green Road now open and services back to normal

Southey Green Road Closed due to unannounced roadworks. 

Services will divert as follows:

Service 8 8A outbound to Ecclesfield -  Halifax Road, Eight foot way, Deerlands Avenue & Wordsworth Avenue.

Inbound Services - Wordsworth Avenue, Herries Road & Penistone Road 

97 Services - Wordsworth avenue, Herries Road & Leppings Lane in both directions.

This is until further notice.

Services outbound towards Hillsborough interchange will divert via Shoreham Street, Queens Road, Derbyshire Lane, Norton Lees Road, Norton Lees Lane & Thorpe House.

Inbound  services are unaffected.

Works will now complete by 1st October

Broad Street remains closed in one direction for road works that have now overrun.

OUTBOUND services diverted via Park Square roundabout, Duke Street, Bernard Street & Cricket Inn Road.

INBOUND services are unaffected.

272 & 772 Services - Monday 22nd September until Friday 17th October (at all times)

Main Road & surrounding roads in Hathersage will be closed for four weeks due to electrical works.

272 services diverted via Hunters Bar roundabout, Brocco Bank / Clarkson Road, Newbould Lane, Glossop Road, Fulwood Road, Manchester Road (A57), Ladybower Reservoir bridge, Ashopton Road / Station Road A6013 and Bamford turning circle in both directions.

772 services will operate Bamford turning circle / Hope Valley College only.

Please note that no stops will be served between Hunters Bar roundabout & the Ladybower Inn due to the extent of this diversion.

18, 18a, X1 & X2 Services - Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th October (at all times)

Brightside Lane / Meadowhall Road will be closed in both directions between Weedon Street & Jenkin Road.

18 & 18a Services diverted via Jenkin Road and Holywell Road in both directions.

X1 & X2 Services diverted via Meadowhall Road, Meadowhall Way, Meadowhall Drive, Weedon Street and Brightside Lane in both directions.

Brightside Lane will be closed in one direction between Upwell Street & Weedon Street.

18  & 18a INBOUND services diverted via Holywell Road and Jenkin Road.

X1 & X2 OUTBOUND services diverted via Brightside Lane, Hawke Street / Janson Street, Attercliffe Road, Carbrook Street, Dunlop Street, Weedon Street, Meadowhall Drive, Meadowhall Way and Meadowhall Road.

18 & 18a OUTBOUND & INBOUND X1 & X2 services are unaffected.
