Timetable changes to services in Portsmouth - 4 December 2022

Temporary Stop Closure, Portsview Gardens, Portsview Avenue, Portchester. Route 3 towards Fareham.
Thursday 18th until Thursday 25th April.

Due to short notice road works, the above stop will be closed between the dates shown.
There is no provision for a temporary stop.
Therefore, passengers are advised to use an alternative stop.
Nearest alternative stop is locates at:
Mountview Avenue.

The following stops will be closed so contractors can work on replacing/repairing the shelters. The dates and times have been supplied. Please use an alternative stop during these works.

Route 20

0800 Monday 22nd until 1630 Friday 26th April.

Due to road works, the above stop will be closed between the dates shown.
There is no provision for a temporary stop.
Therefore, passengers are advised to use alternative stops.

The 2 stop southbound at Cosham Health Centre will be closed 0930 to 1530 on the 24th & 25th April for road works. Please use the next bus stop in the same lay-by. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during these works.

This closure will now take place over two weekends of the 12th to 15th April and 26th to 29th April.

Nightingale Road in QA Hospital will be closed for two weekends from 8pm on the 12th April until 6am on the 15th April and
8pm on 26th April to 6am on 29th April.  Service 7 and 8 will divert away from QA Hospital grounds and will serve QA steps ONLY. Services 2 and 3 will continue to serve the main entrance in both directions. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused due to these road works which are out of our control.

The bus stop called Cornmill street on Lake road, southbound will be closed from the 18th March until mid June. All buses will use stop M in Commercial Road North.(Just before McDonalds). Please signal to your driver your intention to travel. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. These works are out of our control and may change at short notice.

Temporary Stop Closure, Parkway North, Whiteley Way.
Routes 28 28A.

0730 Monday 11th March until 1530 Friday 31st May 2024.

Due to highway improvement works, the above stop will be closed on dates and times shown.
Passengers are advised to use the alternative stop at Ocean Hotel.

Temporary diversion of routes 3, X4 and SD5.
Monday 19th February until Thursday 25th April.
Quay Street and East Street Fareham.

Due to building works in Quay Street, routes 3,X4 and SD5 will not be able to serve Quay Street or East Street
between the dates shown above.
Passengers wishing to board at Bath Lane in West Street, should use Fareham Bus Station as an alternative location. 
Passengers for the SD4 are unaffected and may board at Bath Lane as usual.
The afternoon return SD4 will divert via: Wallington Way on to Wickham Road.

Routes 3, X4 and SD5 will divert via Western Way during these works.

Temporary route diversion. Route X5.

Update: This diversion has been extended until late May, date to be confirmed.
Please continue to use the temporary stops on Titchfield Road.

Peak Lane and May's Lane towards Stubbington and Lee on Solent.
Route X5 southbound only. Friday 02nd February until Tuesday 16th April.

Due to the southbound closure of Peak Lane, all X5 services will divert via:
Daedalus Way to Titchfield Road, re-joining the route at the junction of May’s Lane.

There will be temporary stops available at the junctions of Marks Tey Road, and north of Anzac Close.
