Fratton Road - Bus lane closure.

Bus lane closure - Fratton Road/Lake Road. 

Due to planned Road works both inbound and outbound bus lanes on Lake Road will be closed for the duration of the works, temporary traffic lights will be in operation.

Towards Portsmouth: Lake Road Health Centre bus stop will be closed on Lake road, please use Hanway Road or Clarendon Street. 

Towards Fareham: Lake Road Health Centre and Hanway Road bus stops will be closed, please use either Clarendon Street or Queens Street.

Temporary Route Diversion. Route X4 and X5 Portsmouth Road, Bursledon.
Evening Services 1900- 0600 Tuesday 17th March.

Due to the closure of Portsmouth Road, the late evening X4 and X5 services will be diverted via:

From St Marys Cemetery. Botley Road, Bursledon Road, Hamble Road.
Returning to normal route at Jurd Way, Lowford.

Nearest alternative stops are available at either St Mary Cemetery or Jurd Way, Lowford.

This diversion will affect the:
1845 X4 and 1925 X5 from Southampton

Temporary Route Diversion. Route X4 M275 Portsmouth.
Evening Services Monday 23rd until Wednesday 25th March 2030 - 0500

Due to the closure of the Junction to the M275 all services will divert via Stamshaw and Cosham in both directions.

All stops will be served on this route, but route timings may be affected.

Passengers are advised to leave extra time for their journeys during these diversions.

Services X4/X5 Pound Road, Bursledon.

We have made the decision to extend the diversion around Pound Road in Southampton due to the large pot holes, and road works at the junction of Pound Road and Portsmouth road that are awaiting Hampshire County Council to repair.  We are using Portsmouth Road in both directions until further notice.

Alternative stops are available at either:
The Plough or Lowford Hill.
