Want to become a Supplier to First Bus London?

If you want to become a First Bus supplier, you need to be approved by the First Bus Procurement team and you will need to be issued with a Purchase Order before commencing any work. As a supplier to First Bus, you’d need to sign up to our supplier code of conduct and agree to our terms and conditions of purchase. We may also wish to put a formal contract in place.

First Bus London is committed to responsible sourcing and management of the goods and services that the business requires in the UK. All our suppliers are expected to agree to and accept our General Conditions of Supply, which are available for download below.

In addition, we require from our suppliers that they provide answers and documents relating to them and depending on the services or goods that they provide, their health & safety policy, insurance certificates, other relevant policies and certificates in-line with our due diligence questionnaire which is provided to them at the outset of our process for onboarding suppliers. The questionnaire is also available below.

It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption as well as tax evasion. We expect our suppliers and subcontractors to take the same approach. Our policies on anti-corruption, anti-bribery and tax evasion are available on request.
