Have you lost one of your personal items on one of our bus services?
For your convenience, we will hold on to any Lost Property found on our network for 7 days only; thereafter, it is forwarded to Transport for London’s lost property office.
Route Finder
If you have lost something within the last 7 days, please use the Route Finder above to identify the contact details and name of the garage that may be holding your item(s).
The Lost Property departments within our garages are open Monday to Friday, 9am until 4pm. When you call, it will be helpful to know which route you were travelling on as well as the date and approximate time of your journey.
If you have lost something and it has been more than 7 days, please note that it would have been sent securely to Transport for London. Please therefore contact Transport for London Lost Property office using their online enquiry form.
