Introducing 382 & 383, your new buses from Marsden, Slaithwaite, and Linthwaite to Huddersfield

From Sunday 24 March we will be making changes to simplify and improve services between Huddersfield & Marsden

184 

  • First Bus will no longer run this service, it will be operated by Stagecoach Manchester as part of the TfGM Bee Network

  • Evening journey’s between Huddersfield and Marsden will become service 383 and operate to Marsden Dirker instead of Marsden Hard End

181

  • 382 will be your new service number for journeys between Huddersfield, Slaithwaite and Wilberlee and will still be operated by First Bus
  • Buses will run along A62 Manchester Road instead of Linthwaite
  • New Sunday trips added

185 & 186

  • 383 will be your new service number for journeys between Huddersfield and Marsden Dirker and will still be operated by First Bus
  • Buses will run through Linthwaite instead of along A62 Manchester Road
  • New evening trips added
  • Morning journeys on 186 will be removed

Tickets

Service 184 will be run by the Bee Network, customers will no longer be able to purchase First Bus tickets on this service from Sunday 24 March. Visit tfgm.com for more information about tickets and passes available.

Bee Network will be accepting our tickets for a limited period of time during the change of operator.

Tap on, tap off Bee Network do not support tap on, tap off
MCard  for travel within West Yorkshire, all MCard tickets will continue to be valid and available to buy on the bus (where applicable)
for travel across the boundary to Greater Manchester , you’ll need to buy a single ticket, or a Bee Bus ticket
