Service 72 - Diversions 

Full road closure on A6120 Ring Road Farsley and on B6157 Bradford Road to Cote Lane, Pudsey Police Station to/from the Dawsons Corner intersection.

Scheduled: From 19:00 pm Friday 24th April until 05:00 am Monday 27th April 2026.

Service 72 will be diverting in both directions.

Towards Leeds: Approaching Dawsons Corner, on to Stanningley Bypass, Owlcotes centre, Richardshaw lane, Bradford Road then back to normal route. 

Towards Bradford: Operating normal route on B6157 Town Street approaching Stanningley bottom, Richardshaw Lane, towards Dawsons Corner then back to route at Bradford Road.

Service X6 may also encounter delays in the area due to works lane-restrictions.

Services 4, 4F, 7, 14, 16, 19, 19a, 49, 50, 50A, 56, 86 & 91 - 

Unfortunatley these services are currently experiencing some delays.

Service 363 & X63 - Huddersfield/Bradford interchange - both directions. 

This service is currently experiencing delays of around 30 minutes and some cancelled services. 

Service 383 Towngate - Road blocked

There is currently an ongoing issue with badly parked vehicles along Towngate. 

Services 72, 612, 613, 618, 626, 636, 637, 645, X6 & X11

These services are currently experiencing some delays. 

Service 2

Due to Antisocial behaviour on Acre Road, service 2 has been diverted via the following; 

Towards Roundhay: Middleton Park Avenue, Sissons Road, Sissons Terrace, then normal route.

Towards Middleton: Top of Bodmins, Sissons Road, Middleton Park Avenue then normal route.

Services 19, 19A, 56 & 91 - Possible delays. 

Betfred Super League- Leeds Rhinos Vs Catalans Dragons

Services may be affected with delays due to match-day traffic before and after the game. Including inconsiderate parking around the stadium area.

Kirkstall Lane - Outside Headingley Stadium RTC - Road Blocked

Due to this, the following diversion will be in place:

Surface dressing on Dial Street is affecting 62 service. Scheduled to re-open at 15:30

Diversion as follows:
 

Mean Lane now clear and services returning to normal

Mean Lane is closed at Meltham due to resurfacing

Further works taking place on Vicar Lane from 23:30 until 05:00.

During these times the Service 72 will need to divert via Shipley Airedale Road omitting both Little Germany W and Z.

This is in addition to the planned lane closure of A6181 Leeds Road bottom and Little Germany W stop suspension from 20:00.

Dirkhill Road

Dirkhill Road - Yorkshire Water utility works including multi-way temporary signals. Traffic delays due to congestion in the area throughout the day particularly at peak time, affecting 613 and 614 service

Due to resurfacing works the following diversion is in place-

Stand N at Halifax bus station has been suspended due to an auto door fault.

All services that use departure Stand N at Halifax will be using Stand K. 

Due to roadworks on Peel Street, Marsden, services are diverted. 

Services affected: 383 

Diversions as follows: 

Towards Huddersfield B-S:
Station Road, Church Street/Towngate and Manchester Road. 

Towards Marsden:

Peel Street,Towngate/Church Street and Station Road
