Temporary change to our multi-operator Day Saver

We’re working on some improvements to our app, which means that from 18 January 2026, the multi-operator Day Saver will not be available to buy on the First Bus app until further notice. A Day Saver bought up until then must be used by 25 January 2026, as after this date it cannot be activated.
What does this mean:

If you have an unused Day Saver in your First Bus app wallet, please use this before 11:59pm on 25 January 2026.

After 26 January, any unused tickets will be removed from your account, and we'll arrange a refund.

If you need a multi-operator Day Saver from 26 January, you can still buy this from the driver on our buses.

If you’re only travelling on First Bus services, our FirstDay West Yorkshire will continue to be available on the app as normal.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we’ll let you know as soon as the Day Saver returns to the app.
