From Sunday 30th August 2026, we are making some changes to services in Somerset. Most services won't change, and any services not mentioned below will continue to run to the same timetables as before.

Taunton town services:

Route 1 (Taunton - Priorswood): The first two journeys of the day on weekdays are extended to Musgrove Park Hospital.

Route 1e (Silk Mills P&R - Priorswood): Evening journeys are revised to operate 15 minutes later to enable workers at Musgrove Park Hospital to connect with the service. The route is amended to operate via Rochester Road between Ladymead Road stop and Priorswood Shops, the same as route 1 in the daytime.

Yeovil services:

Routes 51 and 61 (Yeovil town services): Service 51 and 61 will be merged, will all journeys running as route 51 between Abbey Manor, the town centre and Cavalier Way. There are no changes to the timings. Working with Somerset Council, we have made sure that all physical bus stops along the route are now able to be tracked to on our journey planning and app data.

Route 54 (Yeovil - Taunton): Two journeys per day are amended to operate via Richard Huish College between Ilminster Road Busway stop and the town centre on weekdays for college students.

Wells area services:

Full details of changes to the 126, 172, 374, 375, 376 and 376a can be seen on our West of England web page HERE.

Route 126 (Wells - Weston-super-Mare): Revised timetable and re-routed via Locking Village on the way into and out of Weston-super-Mare. Due to a road closure on the A371 from 30th August, the service will be diverted via Wedmore and run to a temporary timetable for several weeks.

Routes 172 (Bath - Bristol) and 374/375/376/376a (Taunton/Bridgwater/Yeovil - Bristol) will have revised routes and bus stops in Bristol city centre due to development work there. There are no changes to the timetables.
