"The buses which terminate at Linlithgow are causing confusion and passengers to hurry to catch thinking they are going through to Edinburgh. It is difficult toread their destination only their numbers are obvious. I suggest you add a letter after their numbers eg ‘L’ to distinguish them. This was done on the buses whichwent into the Gyle shopping centre when they had a ‘A’ after their numbers. This would greatly improve the service."

We've listened to feedback that we've received in recent times about service 38 and, from 28 January, service 38 will be improved to operate every 15 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays along the full route. |
