Ride with us, collect stamps, and enjoy a free ride on your 10th trip. It's our little way of saying thank you for choosing First Bus.
(Service 7 only).
Here’s how it works:

Ask your driver for a loyalty card when you hop on board.

Collect a stamp each time you travel.

On the 10th stamp, the driver keeps the card and allows you on for free!

Pick up a new card from your driver and start again.

The "Service 7 bus service Loyalty Scheme" (“Scheme”) rewards customers with one stamp per eligible bus journey on service 7.
Collect 9 stamps, then get the 10th journey free.
Valid only on Service 7 operated by First Bus Berkshire & The Thames Valley
Service 7 currently operates between Kennedy Park Slough and Heathrow Central Bus Station. Journeys on any other service outside this route are not eligible.
We reserve the right to change the route of the service 7 as necessary.
You earn one stamp per journey on each qualifying trip.
Stamps are earned only on full-fare, in-person journeys, not on discounted, concessionary, or promotional tickets.
Lost or damaged cards may not be replaced—stamps are non-reproducible.
Upon collecting 9 stamps, present the completed card to the driver to redeem one free journey of equal or lesser value.
The free journey must be taken within 3 months from the date the 9th stamp is issued.
No cash alternatives; partial exemptions or fare changes not permitted.
Redemption valid only on Service 7, with no pooling or transfer of benefits between cards or individuals.
If the card is not used (no stamps added or redeemed) within 12 months, any unredeemed stamps expire.
Expired stamps cannot be reinstated.
Attempting to use a completed stamp card more than once, or forging stamps, will void the card.
First Bus Berkshire & The Thames Valley reserves the right to forfeit stamps, refuse redemption, or bar future participation if fraud is suspected.
No refunds for journeys already taken or stamp exchanges.
Scheme features (e.g., number of stamps required, expiry) may change at any time without notice via roadside/onboard posters or via the First Bus website.
Lost or stolen cards are not recoverable; users must request a new card and start again.
First Bus Berkshire & The Thames Valley reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the Service 7 Loyalty Scheme at any time without prior notice.
Any unused stamps or incomplete cards will become invalid once the scheme is withdrawn.
No compensation or alternative will be offered for withdrawn or expired cards.
Cards are non-transferable and for personal use only.
