Service changes from 19th July 2026
We're making changes to services across West Yorkshire to improve local connections, support roadworks and better match customer demand.
How To Travel on Your Service
A quick guide to all changes on your routes.

| 509 / 510 | Services will return to operating via Dean Clough, restoring direct links between Dean Clough, Halifax Bus Station, Mixenden and Illingworth. |

| 14 | Due to roadworks on Valley Road, Pudsey, a revised diversion and timetable will operate. |
| 25 | Service 25 will not operate during the summer holidays and will return on 31st August 2026. |
| 116 | Sunday buses will increase from every 120 minutes to every 60 minutes. Monday to Saturday services remain unchanged. |
Halifax changes
From 19th July 2026.
Services 509 and 510 will return to operating via Dean Clough, restoring bus links that have been unavailable during the recent diversion period.
There are no changes to the timetable. Service 509 will operate via Shroggs Road, Lee Bridge, Dean Clough, Cross Hills and Northgate to Halifax Bus Station, with Service 510 operating the same route in the opposite direction.
These changes reconnect Dean Clough with Halifax Bus Station, Mixenden and Illingworth, providing improved access for residents, businesses and employees.

From 19th July 2026.
Services 522 and 523 will return to operating via Dean Clough in both directions. There are no changes to the timetable. From Halifax Bus Station, buses will operate via Northgate, Cross Hills, Dean Clough, Lee Bridge and Shroggs Road before rejoining their normal route along Ovenden Road.
These changes restore direct bus links for customers travelling to and from the Dean Clough area.

Leeds changes
From 19th July 2026.
Due to essential roadworks on Valley Road, Pudsey, Service 14 will continue to operate on diversion.
A revised timetable will be introduced from 19th July to allow extra time for buses to complete the diversion. There will be no significant change to the frequency of the service.
Towards Pudsey Bus Station, buses will operate via Lowtown, temporarily missing stops on Kent Road, Valley Road, Littlemoor Road and Robin Lane.
Towards Leeds City Centre, buses will operate via Lowtown, Kent Road and Troydale Lane before rejoining the normal route. Stops on Troydale Lane will not be served.
From 19th July 2026.
Service 25 will not operate during the summer holidays due to lower customer demand.
Customers can continue to travel using services 23, 24, 27 and 28, which serve stops along the route.
Service 25 will return from 31st August 2026.
From 19th July 2026.
We're improving Sunday journeys on Service 116.
Sunday buses will now operate every 60 minutes, doubling the previous frequency of every 120 minutes.
There are no changes to the Monday to Saturday timetable.
