75, 784 & 785 Services - Until further notice (at all times)

Unannounced Yorkshire Water works on Church Street, Ecclesfield are preventing larger vehicles turning in / out of High Street without then getting stuck due to queuing vehicles at temporary lights and are creating congestion in the wider area.

75 - Service diverted directly along the Common without serving High Street, although may still be delayed.

784- Service will operate normal route along Church Street though will be delayed (and is already diverted on the Monteney Road diversion).

785 -Service will commence / terminate on St Michaels Road & divert via Wordsworth Avenue (without serving the Common, Mill Road or Church Street).

Information on Causeway One suggests works may complete by 16th March 2027.
 

76a School & 207 Services - Until further notice (at all times)

The junction of St Lawrence Road & Sheffield Road has been closed by unannounced Yorkshire Water works.

INBOUND services diverted via Bawtry Road, M1 J34S roundabout, Sheffield Road & Blackburn Meadows Way.

(08:00 – 22:00 daily)

Towards Thorne :- Normal to Stainforth Church, Princess Avenue, East Lane, Station Road, High Street (Hatfield) , Epworth Road, Thorne Road & Hatfield Road resuming normal route at Thorne Park.

Towards Doncaster :- Normal route to Thorne Park, Hatfield Road, Epworth Road, High Street, Station Road & East Lane resuming normal route at Stainforth Church towards Doncaster.

                                                  Tuesday 17th March (08:00 – 15:00)

Due to the closure of Castle Street in Conisborough, services will divert via Sheffield Road / Poplar Grove & Chestnut Grove in both direction.

                                12th Jan 2026 For At Least 9 Months

Attercliffe Road will be closing between Staniforth Road and Worksop Road for a period of at least 9 months. The X3 will be re-registered TOWARD SHEFFIELD only to turn right off Attercliffe Common at the traffic lights by the Sheffield Hallam University building. Proceed down Newhall Road but turn left BEFORE the traffic lights onto Alfred Road and then proceed forwards onto Brightside Lane, following the road to rejoin the route on Saville Street.
 

Stradbroke Road (Richmond end) is now open.

25 Services - Until further notice (at all times)

Stradbroke Road (Richmond end) has been by closed for works.

Services will divert via Richmond Road, Ravenscroft Road, Smelter Wood Road & Stradbroke Drive (24 route) in both directions.

86 Service - 1900 Friday 13th until 0500 Saturday 14th March (1900-0500) for one night

Salt Box Lane will be closed (below Fox Hill Road) for works.

Services will divert via Deerlands Avenue, Cowper Avenue, Fox Hill Road & Main Street in both directions.

83 Service - 2000 Tuesday 10th until 0500 Wednesday 11th March (2000-0500) for one night

The Common will be closed between Green Lane & St Michaels Road for works.

Services will divert via Wordsworth Avenue, High Street , Church Street, (Mill Road INBOUND) & Chapeltown Road in both directions.

81 Service - 2000 Monday 9th until 0500 Tuesday 10th March (2000-0500) for one night

Stannington Road will be closed between Hollins Lane & Roscoe Bank for road works.

Services will divert via Stannington Road, Stanwood Road, Deer Park Road & Stannington Road in both directions (outbound 82 route).

Due to the closure of High St at Arksey, both services are using only the Ings Lane / Ings Way loop until 31/03/26.

139 & 140 Services - Monday 9th until Friday 20th March (0930-1530) 

Church Street, Greasbrough will be closed between Main Street & Coach Road (including the junction) for works.

Services will divert via Barbot Hill Road, Munsbrough Rise, Fenton Road, Roughwood Road, Grayson Road & Whitehall Road in both directions.
